Today is the letter J. I had to get fruit in the challenge somewhere. I love fruit and even better in a juice or smoothie. So, for the letter J, I have Juice.
The base of the card is Banana Cream Cardstock and Spring Parade Pattern Paper.
I made my fruit stand out of Oatmeal Cookie Cardstock and gave it texture by doing direct to paper with Oatmeal Cookie ink. The awning is from the Candy Shop set and stamped in Hazelnut Blend Ink on Butter Cream Cardstock. I die cut a Border Basic for the front of the stand and added a triangle of Cool Pool Cardstock to add interest.
The juice glasses are from Surf's Up! stamp set, stamped with Black Licorice Ink and colored with colored pencils in my favorite fruit juice colors, pineapple, strawberry, lemon, grape, and orange.
The fruit was stamped from Summer Party and Tropic Cool (not available for purchase yet) stamp sets in Black Licorice. I also colored these with colored pencils.
To finish the card, I added the banner with the Tag Elements, Let's have a drink, stamped in Hazelnut Blend. I then added Journey Glaze to the juice glasses. Enjoy!
All that fruit looks so refreshing :)
