The card base is Butter Cream Cardstock, with layers of Black Licorice, River Stone and Lemon Drop Cardstock.
I then cut a top layer and stamped the light shining rays from the Delightful Light stamp set with Rock Candy Ink and the verse from the God is Light stamp set in Black Licorice ink. I then stamped the light bulb from the same set, on a piece of Butter Cream Cardstock and a piece of River Stone Cardstock.
Before I cut the light bulb out, I used the Summer Days PanPastel from the Rich Sorbet PanPastel collection. I started dark in the middle and worked the PanPastel out to create the lighter color towards the outside. I did this same technique on the larger layer with the verse. I added a little color to the edge of the card for texture.
Next, I used foam squares to add the panel to my card. Then, I detail cut the light bulb and the River Stone piece and adhered them together.
Before placing the bulb on the card, I took some Black Licorice Twine and added the cord to the top and wrapped it around the layer. Then I placed the bulb on the card with foam squares.
To finish the card, I added a layer of Journey Glaze to the light bulb for a glass look. Enjoy!
