I had such a great time creating the fish yesterday that I thought I would create another card featuring him.
I created the background by using the Bubble stencil and PanPastels. I then smeared the PanPastel on the sides with my finger .

Paper: Whip Cream Cardstock
Ink: Black Licorice
PanPastels: Mother Nature
