Girl Talk

Hello Crafty Friends,

I hope you are having a great Sunday.  A day of rest for me before another busy week.

I have a fun card for anyone that loves to talk on the phone.

I have had this stamp from Paper Nest Dolls, for awhile and had never inked it up before now.  I am not sure why, because it was fun to color.

I colored the image with my Copic markers:
Skin: E11, E21, E51, E50
Hair: E57, E35, E33
Desk: G99, G94
Shorts: B37, B34
Phone: C2, C0

I used the Girl Squad paper from Pebbles for the pattern paper.
The stamp set is from Spellbinders.

Thank you for stopping by.  Please leave me a comment.

3/5/19

Hello Crafty Friends,

I am sharing a card that I am in love with.  Do you ever make something that you just love?   Well, today is one of those cards.

I used River Stone Cardstock, Bubble Gum Cardstock and some pattern paper I had, to make the base of the card.
I then die cut the Film strip border from River Stone Cardstock, using the Film Frame die.  I layered a piece of Whip Cream Cardstock on top.
Next, I added an Eiffel Tower cut out, that was cut with my Cricut.  Next, I colored the Paper Nest Doll: French Girl Avery with my Copic markers, then detail cut her out and added her on the card using foam squares.
To finish the card, I added a Bubble Gum Satin Ribbon to the card.

Stamp: Paper Nest Dolls
Cardstock, Ribbon, Die: Fun Stampers Journey
Eiffel Tower: Cricut

I am entering this card into these challenges:

2/13/19

Hello Crafty Friends,

Today is a very special little boys birthday and I want to share the card I created for him.

The pattern paper is from my stash, and I anchored this on a piece of Whip Cream Cardstock from Fun Stampers Journey.  I then took another piece of Whip Cream cardstock and cut out a circle with Journey Circle Dies.  I stamped Happy Birthday from a stamp in my stash and Black Licorice ink from Fun Stampers Journey.

But the star of the show is the little Skater which I colored with my Copic Markers.  The stamp is a Paper Nest Doll and I love the simplicity of these stamps.
